Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
During drops or high-volume periods, processing times may extend.
Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
Pre-order items are produced specifically for each drop.
Estimated dispatch times will be clearly stated at checkout.
Delays may occur due to manufacturing or logistics issues.
Shipping Methods
We use tracked courier services such as DPD or equivalent providers.
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched:
- UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days
- International delivery varies by destination
These are estimates only and not guarantees.
Responsibility
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier:
- Responsibility transfers to the customer
- We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for:
- Incorrect addresses

- Re-shipping costs due to customer error
